Time is valuable. With our app, you can book a driver in less than a minute—exactly when you need one. Whether it’s for a dinner, a business meeting, or an early flight, we ensure you arrive safely and comfortably at your destination. Here’s how it works.

Tap ‘Book a driver’ or enter your pickup location.

3. Choose your starting address

You can optionally add a stopover.

4. Select date & time

Indicate when your driver should be available, this is the moment when the hours start counting.

5. Choose your car

Select the car you want to get driven in. You can add as many cars as you want to your list.

6. Provide your preferences

Let us know if you have any specific requests, such as dress code, silent driver or language skills.

7. Optional insurance

You can opt for additional insurance for extra peace of mind. This insuance will cover the first 50.000€ of any damage that was caused during this ride.

8. Find a driver

Our drivers will receive your request through notifications in their app. They will then apply for your ride.

9. Choose your driver

Select the driver that best matches your preferences.

10. Confirm & done!

Your ride is booked. Time to enjoy without worry.

To be able to create a ride, you will need to add a payment method. There are two payment options available. Either you link a credit card and we bill you after every ride, or you can buy prepaid hours (bundles) via bank transfer or credit card. Note that if there is no credit card linked, you need to have a minimum of 9 hours in your wallet.

After your ride has been created, our drivers are notified and can apply. Once your ride has candidates, you will receive periodic notifications to choose a driver. Once you have chosen your preferred driver, the ride is fully confirmed.

Transparency is of great importance. A driver costs €26,50 per hour excluding VAT. Invoicing begins when the driver takes a seat in your vehicle and ends once the journey is completed. If you use pre-paid bundles, your hourly rate can decrease to €24,30.

There are three different bundles:

• 10 hours for €265,00 excl. VAT
• 38 hours + 2 hours free for €999,00 excl. VAT
• 100 hours + 8 hours free for €2.625,00 excl. VAT

The costs to bring the driver to you are also transparent. You can see the available drivers and the distance they need to cover to reach the desired location. We charge a travel cost of €0.30/km. For example, if the driver has to drive 20 km, it costs €6.

From +9 hours of driving time, an additional 20% is added to the hourly rate. Trips ending or starting after 8 pm are subject to a one-time surcharge of €4.99, excluding VAT.

Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before the journey. If canceled within 12 hours before the journey, €30 cancellation fees will be charged. If the planned trip is canceled less than 1 hour before departure, we are legally obliged to compensate the driver for 3 hours, resulting in cancellation fees of €79,5.

There are two payment options available. Either you connect a credit card once and we invoice you after the ride, or you can buy prepaid hours (bundles) via bank transfer or credit card. For a bank transfer, we need to validate you first to avoid fraud. After our validation, you can purchase a prepaid bundle of hours. Please note that these hours are only live after receipt of payment. Is this the only way and is it urgent? Send us a mail or call us so we can activate it faster if necessary.

Round trips are our core business, where the final location is the same as the start location. Would you like a one way trip where you are already on location with your own car? Then feel free to send an email to planning@getdriven.app.

Our private drivers are strictly screened, tested and trained. ​​They have not had an accident for at least two years and learn to drive different luxury cars during our physical training. On top of that, our drivers do their utmost to meet your demands and always show up neat and tidy in their suits. You can trust your car to us for all your business trips, events and other festivities. We guarantee safety, discretion and peace of mind. Finally, you can indicate your preferences in the app, so you are guaranteed to get a driver that meets your needs.

To book a ride for someone else, you need his or her specific login details. If you want to create a ride for someone else in your account, you can simply add a new car and enter the start location of the person.

You can enter your e-mail address and select 'forgot password'. If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Moreover, you can log in by email whereby you only have to click on an activation link, or by social media whereby forgetting passwords is a thing of the past.

Damage to third parties: 

Damage to third parties is legally always insured by the third party liability insurance that is mandatory for a vehicle. As we drive in the customer's vehicle, all third party damages are insured under the third party liability insurance of the customer's vehicle.

Damage to car:

• OR, the customer chooses not to take our additional insurance. Then all damages to the vehicle are under customer's insurance, also exemption. We do not intervene
• Or, the customer takes our insurance. We cover up to €50,000 own damage to the vehicle. If the damage is higher than €50.000, the customer can use his insurance (if it is comprehensive) as supplementary insurance. Suppose the damage of the car is €80.000, then we’ll cover €50.000 and the customer's comprehensive insurance will intervene for the remaining €30.000.
